Restaurant Management Opportunity in Bahrain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment in Manama, Bahrain. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Create schedules for employees based on business needs
  • Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and labor costs
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
