Job Description

Are you passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional service? Sofitel Bahrain is looking for a dedicated In-Room Dining Waiter to join our dynamic team This role is a fantastic opportunity for a local candidate who is enthusiastic, professional, and eager to contribute to an extraordinary guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and deliver in-room dining orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all orders are presented beautifully and meet the high standards of Sofitel.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining area.
  • Provide personalized, friendly service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
  • Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about items on the menu.

Qualifications
  • Local candidates preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and the desire to make the guest experience memorable.
  • Flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
