Senior Technical Specialist for CRM and Billing

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge CRM and billing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Billing solutions, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.
Responsibilities:- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and billing solutions.
- Oversight of end-to-end integrations with ERP, payment gateways, customer portals, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.
- Manage customizations, configurations, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and define roadmaps.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of CRM & Billing systems.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and oversee system upgrades and patches.
- Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment management.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, security, and data protection standards.
