Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission Analysis & Verification: The Business Performance Expert analyzes commission structures to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with business objectives. Opportunities for cost savings are identified and assessed, with recommendations made for improved commission models and incentive structures.
  • Financial & Performance Reporting: The Business Performance Expert develops reports and dashboards providing real-time visibility into key financial and commercial metrics. These findings are presented to senior management with clear, actionable recommendations, supporting automation and process improvements for efficient financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CFA or CMA are advantageous. Advanced training in areas like revenue forecasting, COGS analysis, and commercial case evaluations is beneficial.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or business performance management, with a focus on commercial operations in the telecom industry.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and budgeting specific to telecom operations. Strong track record in reviewing and approving commercial business cases, including post-launch performance analysis in a telecom environment. Demonstrated expertise in commission analysis and verification, as well as customer receivables monitoring in telecom settings. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis, along with advanced skills in Excel, business intelligence tools, and financial modeling.
