Residential Security Specialist

Job Summary:
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and guests.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our residents feel secure in their homes.
- Access Control: You will be responsible for controlling access to areas of the residence building under our supervision.
- Asset Protection: You will protect company and homeowner assets from theft, fire, damage, and assist in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all persons in the location.
- Customer Service: You will handle homeowner interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Emergency Response: You will respond swiftly and effectively in any emergency or safety situation.
- Supervise access control and security operations within the residence building.
- Conduct regular patrols of the building and its surroundings to prevent and detect crime.
- Investigate incidents and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years' experience in a security-related field.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal; local language an asset.
- Basic First Aid/CPR & Emergency response training.
