Visual Content Creator

Overview

As a skilled Visual Content Creator, you will produce high-quality photo and video content that captivates audiences across various platforms. You will work closely with creative teams to develop compelling visual stories that support campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos and photographs for campaigns, social media, events, and corporate communications.
  • Capture a variety of content formats (short-form social, testimonials, event coverage, product photography, brand films).
  • Deliver polished, ready-to-publish material optimized for each platform.
Creative Collaboration
  • Work closely with creative directors, designers, and copywriters to translate briefs into strong visual stories.
  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, shoots, and visual treatments.
  • Provide input on shot lists, storyboards, and creative direction.
Technical Execution
  • Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment with confidence.
  • Manage the full post-production process, including editing, color correction, and sound mixing.
  • Maintain a strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and brand aesthetics.
Requirements
  • Education/Experience: Diploma or BA in Film, Media Production, Photography, or equivalent; 2–4 years of experience in a creative/media agency or production house.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in mirrorless cameras (Sony), lighting setups, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop.
  • Creative Eye: Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in storytelling, composition, and editing.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams, taking feedback, and presenting ideas.
  • Other: Flexibility to work on-site, in studio, and on location, occasionally outside standard working hours.
