Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Bahrain Occasional Travel to KSA

Position Overview: The Social Media Executive supports the Social Media Account Managers in executing social media strategies, content creation, and community management/engagement. This role is crucial for the hands-on management of social media activities, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Content Creation: Actively produce high-quality social media content, including short-form videos, reels, and engaging visuals. Utilise mobile phones for professional video capture and editing, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and social media trends.

● Trend Monitoring & Execution: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, features, and techniques. Implement new creative formats and storytelling methods to enhance audience engagement.

● Content Support: Assist in crafting compelling social media content under the guidance of the Social Media Account Manager, ensuring adherence to content calendars and quality standards. This includes copywriting and English/Arabic translation support.

● Community Management/Engagement: Support active engagement with the online community, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive brand image and loyalty.

● Analytics Assistance: Help in collecting data for social media performance analysis, contributing to reports that offer insights and recommendations for strategy refinement.

● Event Support: Provide support during live coverage of client events, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery.

● Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to coordinate visual content, ensuring it aligns with overall content strategy and client objectives.

● Content Scheduling: Assist in the scheduling and posting of content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent presence and engagement.

Qualifications:

● Experience or strong interest in social media, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and platforms.

● Strong ability to create engaging content, including professional mobile video capture and editing.

● Excellent communication skills and creativity in storytelling and content development.

● Organisational skills and ability to work under the guidance of the Social Media Account Manager.

● Creative mindset with a willingness to collaborate across teams.

Reporting: Reports to the Client Services Manager.
