Global HR Generalist Position

We are seeking a skilled Global HR Generalist to join our team.

This role will be based remotely and requires an individual who can work effectively with colleagues across different regions and cultures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interpret data trends and themes.

  • Deliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner
  • Partner with global teams to create impact across all HR regions
  • Be accountable for HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional academic track record
  • HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business
  • Regional HR experience within EMEA (France, Germany and/or UK is a plus)
  • Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • A good balance between leading and executing
  • Experience mentoring and developing others
  • Strong project management skills
