HVAC Technician: A Key Role in Facility Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an essential member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our mechanical systems.
Your primary duties will include inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. You will conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant, monitor and control property temperature, analyze energy and utilities usage, calibrate controls and gauges, and assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and piping assemblies.
You will also perform routine pool and spa maintenance, follow all safety, security, and company policies, report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries, and complete safety training. Additionally, you will maintain a professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets.
Excellent guest service is crucial in this role, requiring you to greet guests, address their needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive relationships. You will ensure quality standards are met and suggest improvements for efficiency and safety.
This position requires physical capability to move in confined or elevated spaces, lift objects, and perform other physical duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- EPA Universal Certification
- Driver's License
- HVAC Certification
