We're seeking an exceptional District Growth Strategist to join our team at Parsons. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and development in our district.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in business development, project management, and operational leadership. They will have a deep understanding of the industry and be able to effectively communicate a vision that inspires others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and development.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects within budget and scope.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to support business objectives.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in business development, project management, and operational leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to grow market share and identify new business opportunities.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
