**Requirements:**

* Exposure in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Knowledge of key financial concepts, performance metrics, and reporting methodologies
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
