We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Product Specialist to join our team and support product delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive product knowledge, suggest improvements, and identify opportunities for growth.
A successful Product Specialist is passionate about their products, continuously expanding their knowledge, empathetic towards users, and capable of understanding their needs to offer suitable alternatives when necessary.
Main Responsibilities- Launching new features for athletes
- Redesigning existing user flows
- Handling experiments & A/B testing initiatives
- Managing stakeholders and aligning within the product
- Conducting analytics, quality checks, and testing
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Experience in team leadership
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform engaging demonstrations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail
- Effective collaboration skills
- Understanding of software and systems
- Ability to recall product features accurately
- Action-oriented problem solver
