  6. Work with the Chef de Partie to prepare daily requisitions and transfers.">
  7. Maintain good employee relations and motivate colleagues.">
  8. Adhere to portion size, quantity, and quality specifications in recipe index.">
  9. Complete daily checklists for mise-en-place and food storage.">
  10. Attend daily and monthly meetings with the Chef de Cuisine.">
  11. Report machinery and equipment failures and follow up on repairs.">
  12. Check the main information board for updates on Banquets or other organizational information.">
  13. Keep the section clean and tidy.">
  14. Pass relevant information to the next shift.">
  15. Record accidents and sickness in the logbook and report to the Executive Chef.">
  16. Supervise Commis Chefs regarding personal hygiene and section responsibilities.">
