Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dining Service Professional to join our team at a leading North Indian Restaurant in Bahrain. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Familiarize yourself with our menu, including daily specials and recommendations.
- Accurately take orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and disposing of trash.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members, including kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or in a related role.
- Knowledge of North Indian cuisine, including menu items and ingredients.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail, including the ability to accurately take orders and serve food and beverages.
