Cyber Recovery Specialist

This role involves collaborating with customers to design and implement comprehensive Cyber Recovery solutions. As a senior specialist, you will operate as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to ensure seamless integration and effective data protection.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with customers to design and implement customized Cyber Recovery solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your extensive knowledge of Cyber Recovery solutions to deliver expert-level support and guidance.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Cyber Recovery solutions, from initial requirements gathering to solution design and delivery.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive successful deployments and improve overall business outcomes.
Required Skills:
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced technical knowledge of Cyber Recovery and Data Protection solutions.
  • Data Protection Tools: Proven experience with Data Protection/Backup Recovery Tools & Architecture.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer awareness and interpersonal skills, driving collaborative outcomes and satisfied clients.
  • Project Management: Proficient in project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in relevant roles.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • IT Landscape Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT landscape, encompassing network, storage, compute, replication, backup/recovery architectures.
  • TOGAF Framework Familiarity: Familiarity with the TOGAF framework.
