Director of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market share.

  • You will oversee commercial strategies, manage revenue streams, and lead the development and implementation of short-term and long-term sales, events, and marketing channels.
  • Produce the hotel's Annual Multi-Year Commercial Strategy Plan in partnership with on-property leaders and regional support.
  • Connect performance needs with solutions designed by the Raffles brand enterprise, ensuring alignment across all revenue streams.
  • Work with Commercial Leadership to establish pricing strategies, optimize business mix, and review revenue forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, recruiting and retaining talent, and driving engagement and performance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of competitors and market activity, identifying opportunities and threats.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, CVB, community groups, influencers, and 3rd-party travel partners.
  • Execute the Raffles Sales Incentive Program, fostering a culture of excellence and recognition.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail, culturally aware, and adaptable.
  • Presentation and influencing skills, with ability to work independently and effectively respond to change.
