Senior Auditor Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled auditor to take on a leadership position within our audit team. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion.

  • You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and develop effective audit strategies to meet these requirements.
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial statements and audit reports, identifying potential risks or issues, and communicating these findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to junior staff, mentor them in their professional development, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting and auditing standards.
  • Other responsibilities include participating in business development activities, such as networking and proposal writing, and assisting with other ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in external audit, preferably in a public accounting firm.
  • CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
