Responsibilities- Prepare and submit fee proposals that meet client expectations.
- Identify and assist the studio in managing scope creep and variations to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Provide contractual support to the studio and clients, responding to queries and concerns from stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required.
- MRICS certification is an added advantage for career advancement.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
- Previous experience working in a consulting firm is preferred.
