About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics and Rider Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and rider management functions, working closely with 3PL partners and internal teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics activities with 3PL partners, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Rider Management: Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new and existing riders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that 3PL partners meet our company's standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including product and operations, to develop and implement strategies that drive rider recruitment, operations management, and user experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above in a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in logistics and rider management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the rider and 3PL market trends and best practices.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
