About Us
We are a government advisory firm dedicated to helping governments develop and deliver positive programs that promote their global interests.
Our clients include government organizations and their leaders, such as centre-of-government entities, ministries, authorities, agencies, and state-owned enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading projects that combine strategy, policy, and communications expertise with geopolitical insight.
- Developing strategies, providing communication advisory, implementing integrated communication programs, and designing high-performing communications functions.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in strategy, communications, or policy, including work in or with government or public sector organizations.
- Ideal backgrounds include government, public sector, management consultancy, communications consultancy, charities, and think tanks.
- Support team members' skill development and career progression.
- Understanding of government: Knowledge of how strategy, policy, and communications function together in successful governments.
- Intelligence: Structured, logical thinking and presentation skills; ability to develop comprehensive analyses and coherent presentations.
- People skills: Ability to lead, influence, and mentor others.
- Ambition and humility: Desire to grow without compromising others; capable of leading and inspiring teams.
