The Role

As a senior lead, you will play a key role in integrating strategy, policy, and communications into programme design and execution. This requires expertise from various disciplines, including strategic communications, capacity building, and public policy.

You will work closely with our team of experts to deliver an integrated, high-quality solution for clients. Your role will involve building relationships of influence with clients and staff alike, as well as mentoring and developing more junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving Commercial Outcomes: Winning, retaining, and renewing clients is a core responsibility of account leads at RESO.
  • Leading the Work: Bringing together a range of different RESO experts to deliver an integrated, high-quality solution for clients.
  • Building Relationships: Winning the trust of principal clients and providing them with insight, analysis, and advice they take seriously.
  • Leadership: Ensuring RESO team members understand the mission, are clear about their role, deliver high-quality work, and generally perform to standard.
  • Participating in Business Development: Working with the wider RESO team to generate leads, develop proposals, and deliver pitches.
