The Hotel Engineering Leader will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Engineering Team in day-to-day operations, including service standards, equipment schedules, and work schedules
  • Coordinating with Housekeeping to prioritize maintenance activities for guest rooms and public areas
  • Developing Systems and Procedures to ensure the health and safety of guests and team members, as well as the proper conditions for plants, machinery, and property
  • Communicating with Government Agencies to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
  • Preparing Budgets for engineering-related expenses

The successful candidate will also be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment, performing daily checks around the hotel, and conducting lift emergency release procedures as required.
