The Royal Medical Services Program seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across all RMS sites. This role requires a high level of organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure accurate invoicing with minimal discrepancies.
  • Act as second-in-command during periods of absence to maintain continuity and ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Oversee the internal Quality Assurance Program, identifying errors before they reach patients and documenting corrective actions taken.
  • Develop new and additional sites/facilities, ensuring compliance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Ensure daily operational performance, safe and consistent service delivery across all sites.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new technologies, processes, and policies to drive efficiencies and reduce risks and quality gaps.
  • Daily coordination and support of the RMS site team, ensuring compliance with agreed delivery standards and mitigating operational risks.
  • Support special events coordination and delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in institutional catering, first-class hotel, or healthcare catering.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
