Senior Sales Consultant for IT Infrastructure Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at TAT IT Technolgies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the IT infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and identify new sales opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT infrastructure sector
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored infrastructure solutions
  • Manage and achieve targets planned for the financial year in alignment with the company's objectives
  • Handle acquisitions of new customers, generate prospective leads through various mediums, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Drive business solutions based on client requirements and needs to ensure repeat business
  • Earn early and proactive vendor engagement and deal protection to increase chances of closing deals successfully
  • Prepare all documentation required from the start till the completion of the sales process
  • Develop and engage customers by attending to all inquiries and submitting professional commercial and technical proposals for all customer requests
  • Work closely with pre-sales engineers to manage the sales cycle for large deals, including early vendor engagement and deal protection strategies
  • Communicate and coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties as and when required
  • Maintain quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies at all times
  • Provide regular progress reports as required
  • Maintain company EHSQ policy and procedure and improve safety culture

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience in IT infrastructure sales
  • A proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and technologies
