About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Techno-functional consultant to join our team at It People. As a leading IT consulting firm, we provide innovative solutions to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom forms and reports using Oracle HRMS 11i (HR, SSHR, OTA, OTL, and Payroll).
  • Assist in the implementation of HRMS and Payroll systems, including data migration and APIs.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the HRMS and Payroll systems.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in techno-functional roles with strong knowledge of HRMS.
  • Good experience in reports and forms development/custimization.
  • Experience in writing Payroll fast formulas and well-versed in data migration, APIs, OAF, XML, and other related technologies.
