Restaurant Leadership Role

We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bahrain-based restaurant.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Ensure timely and efficient operation of the restaurant, meeting quality standards and maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Cost Control and Revenue Optimization: Manage expenses, revenues, and inventory levels to achieve financial targets.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage staff, establishing effective schedules and assessing performance.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop strategies to increase customer retention and acquisition, gathering feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies, stock inventory, and introduce seasonal menu items as needed.
  • Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate records of revenues, expenses, and profits.
  • Culture and Traditions: Cultivate awareness and appreciation of Bahraini and Khaleeji food culture and traditions.
Requirements:
  • Bahraini nationality preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably within QSR or full-service settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (desired).
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Bahraini and Khaleeji cuisine.
  • Proven expertise in restaurant operations, financial management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, training, and performance management skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
