Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to lead and manage audit engagements for various clients across different industries.

  • Lead audit planning, execution, and completion, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements and audit reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports, identifying potential risks or issues and communicating them to the audit team and clients.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, guiding them in developing their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking and proposal writing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting and auditing standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in external audit, preferably in a public accounting firm.
  • CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
