What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for driving the store business, building a loyal customer base, managing the team, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and processes.

  • Lead by example, representing the brand through all interactions with customers and team members.
  • Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and create future selling opportunities.
Team Leadership and Development

You will provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store's vision and key directions. Identify, recruit, develop, and retain strong talents.

  • Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness.
  • Act as a coach for the team members and promote growth mindset.
  • Ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented transparently.
Customer Experience

You will develop an omnichannel mindset among the team, promoting different touchpoints of the customer experience. Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal customers by providing an excellent experience.

  • Leverage customer data to proactively cater to their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all operating standards are followed from stock replenishment to organizing displays according to brand visual merchandising guidelines.
Operational Excellence

You will ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained in the store. Leverage available technology tools to support customer experience.

  • Ensure e-commerce orders are prepared and processed within set service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work closely with relevant teams to constantly improve processes and escalate any issues or concerns for prompt action.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years retail management experience.
