About This Opportunity

This role is ideal for an individual who can provide administrative support to the Talent & Culture Manager and Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent & Culture Manager and Learning & Development.
  • Maintain databases related to annual vacations, flight bookings, utility payments, furniture allowances, and internal applications.
  • Coordinate visa paperwork collection and submission for new arrivals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare training certificates for employees who attend and complete training courses.
  • Generate monthly Talent & Culture and Recruitment reports.
  • Monitor and update the manning guide daily, tracking staff arrivals and start dates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
