Technical Support Role

They will be responsible for performing hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.

Additionally, the successful candidate will create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online databases and websites.

They will also provide introductory online & classroom training for products.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, particularly when resolving technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
  2. Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.
  3. Log issues and enhancement requests.
  4. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.
  5. Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online databases and websites.
  6. Provide introductory online & classroom training for products.
  7. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
Requirements:
  1. Knowledge in networking and understanding of basic troubleshooting.
  2. Bahraini Nationality.
  3. At least 3 years experience preferred in the same field.
  4. Experience in progress/incident report writing including documenting issues and steps of resolution.
