Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project planning, development, and execution across various business units.

This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. You will be expected to develop and implement effective project plans, manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Analyze project data to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
