Key Functions
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and events, ensuring timely follow-up on action items from meetings involving the president.
  • Develop and prepare documents, presentations, and reports for the president, handling sensitive information with care.
  • Prioritize correspondence (emails, phone calls) and ensure effective communication with the president in a fast-paced environment.
