Healthcare Services Manager

As an Operations Manager at ALKEM Health and Wellness, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and helping us scale our unique healthcare offering across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, inventory, and service delivery.
- Team Management: Manage staff and ensure alignment with our values and goals.
- Clinic Accreditation: Lead and manage the clinic accreditation process, including documentation, training, compliance audits, and process improvements.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the medical team to maintain quality and regulatory standards.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Kaizen principles.
- Finance and HR: Coordinate with finance and HR on budgeting, payroll, and recruitment needs.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and regulators as needed.
- Expansion Support: Support expansion projects and new clinic openings in the GCC.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of operations management experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality.
- Accreditation Experience: Experience in clinic or healthcare accreditation processes is highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Bahraini healthcare regulations and accreditation bodies (e.g., NHRA).
- System Experience: Experience with systems (ERP/CRM) and SOP implementation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare admin, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Passion for Healthcare: Passion for health, wellness, and customer experience.
