Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Demand Planning Manager to spearhead the growth of our Grocery Store. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for organizing country-level forecasting demand, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment.

  • This entails overseeing supply chain operations, maintaining accurate forecasts, and analyzing inventory data to inform purchasing decisions.
  • You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimize stock holding values.
  • A key aspect of this role will be providing actionable insights to drive business outcomes and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict demand patterns and ensure optimal stock levels.
  2. Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to communicate progress and achieve shared objectives.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Lead system migrations and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in demand planning and replenishment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Past experience working with senior-level executives and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, time management, and stakeholder management principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead autonomously.
  • Certified professional with relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
