Procurement Data Analyst

A vital role in analyzing and improving procurement operations.

The Procurement Transformation and Support Resource is responsible for analyzing procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk. This includes analyzing purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk
  • Facilitate procurement transformation initiatives to drive operational efficiency
  • Assist in data cleansing and validation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and implement a data traceability system to track procurement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new procurement system implementation
  • Provide training and support on data management best practices and system functionalities

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in procurement data analysis, data management, and process improvement
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, data governance, and best practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing data traceability systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
