Job Title: Sales and Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory.
  • Sell non-branded products successfully.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate competitive pricing strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the plastic and paper manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of product pricing and market dynamics.
  • Valid GCC driving license required.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and body language interpretation.
  • Presentable, self-driven, and results-oriented with strong time management skills.
