Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data-driven forecasting strategies to predict supply and demand fluctuations.

  2. Design and manage efficient logistics plans to ensure adequate supply-demand alignment.

  3. Establish a real-time monitoring system to identify and respond to market changes, adjusting operational configurations as needed.

  4. Contribute to process optimization through the design of onboarding protocols, cross-functional workflows, and shift release mechanisms.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and adapt to real-time demand shocks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Operations, Logistics, Data Analysis, or Supply Chain-related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in planning, logistics, or operations management; experience in logistics platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
  • Detail-oriented and able to make quick decisions under pressure.
