Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Opening, Interval, and Closing duties for FOH departments.
  • Establish performance goals, including training and briefing on policies.

  • Communicate updates and new objectives effectively.
  • Aid in resolving emergencies, such as quality or customer issues.

Requirements:
