Housekeeping Attendant Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at a luxurious resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned villas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with proficiency in English (writing, reading, and speaking). They should also be well-presented, professionally groomed, and possess strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain assigned villas according to established housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure guest villas and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Liaise with colleagues and departments to address maintenance issues and ensure resort standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues regarding villa status and any concerns.
  • Understand operational demands, urgencies, and priorities during shifts.
  • Maintain quality and standard of housekeeping service at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or equivalent role.
  • Proficiency in English (writing, reading, and speaking).
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
