Housekeeping Manager

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the housekeeping and laundry operations at our luxury hotel in Bahrain. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring that all aspects of housekeeping meet our high standards.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeepers and laundry staff, providing guidance and training as needed. You will also be responsible for inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues promptly. This may include coordinating with the front desk, concierge, and other teams to resolve guest complaints or concerns.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of room inventory, guest preferences, and other relevant data to inform your decision-making and optimize housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeepers and laundry staff
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of room inventory and guest preferences
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping management
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
