Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
  • Answer questions on menu selections, taking care to provide detailed information about each dish.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability.
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen staff.
  • Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.
  • Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, and ensuring the area is clean and organized.
  • Present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments efficiently.

About You:

  • You have previous experience working as a server in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • You are proactive and able to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple orders simultaneously.
  • You have a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • You are physically fit and able to stand for long periods, moving around the restaurant as needed.
