We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to join our team as a Therapeutic Area Partner in Immunology.
About the RoleThis dynamic role involves driving customer interactions and sales performance while representing our customer-centric approach. You will build deep relationships with customers and patients, delivering value that drives sales growth ethically and compliantly.
Main Accountabilities:- Meet business growth objectives within set timelines.
- Exceed Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective execution.
- Implement marketing messages and strategic projects.
- Manage and engage Technical Medical Experts (TMEs) by understanding their needs.
- Collaborate across functions, communicate effectively, and share insights.
- Conduct account mapping.
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree/education in a relevant discipline. A solid understanding of the Bahrain market is preferred, as is experience in Immunology. Proven successful performance track record, strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are essential. Experience in managing and engaging TMEs successfully is also desired.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Driving competitive sales growth by identifying high-potential customers through data analysis and influencing prescription decisions.
- Enhancing sales performance by creating positive customer experiences.
- Engaging in value-based conversations to understand customer challenges and opportunities.
- Personalizing engagement journeys reflecting customer preferences and leveraging various channels.
- Building partnerships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for sustained collaboration.
- Delivering memorable, customer-centric experiences by understanding their needs and healthcare environment.
- Establishing relationships with opinion leaders and medical influencers to improve patient journeys.
- Gathering and leveraging customer insights to inform strategies and actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address unmet needs and add value.
