About the Role

This dynamic role involves driving customer interactions and sales performance while representing our customer-centric approach. You will build deep relationships with customers and patients, delivering value that drives sales growth ethically and compliantly.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Meet business growth objectives within set timelines.
  • Exceed Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective execution.
  • Implement marketing messages and strategic projects.
  • Manage and engage Technical Medical Experts (TMEs) by understanding their needs.
  • Collaborate across functions, communicate effectively, and share insights.
  • Conduct account mapping.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree/education in a relevant discipline. A solid understanding of the Bahrain market is preferred, as is experience in Immunology. Proven successful performance track record, strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are essential. Experience in managing and engaging TMEs successfully is also desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building partnerships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for sustained collaboration.
  • Delivering memorable, customer-centric experiences by understanding their needs and healthcare environment.
  • Establishing relationships with opinion leaders and medical influencers to improve patient journeys.
  • Gathering and leveraging customer insights to inform strategies and actions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address unmet needs and add value.
