Key Responsibilities
  • Manage core hospitality and corporate systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
  • Act as a systems supervisor to ensure staff utilization of available functions and features.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to improve system adoption and usage.
  • Maintain documentation of system architecture, procedures, and best practices.
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi standards and experience with high-density deployments.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and their network requirements.

Implement AI-driven solutions, design practical applications, and maintain comprehensive network documentation.

Ensure all systems adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to integrate hotel-specific systems.

Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network engineering (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are desirable.

Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
