The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for executive communications, expertly managing complex schedules, communications, and confidential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the MD: Manage phone calls and correspondence with confidentiality.
  • Calendar Management: Arrange appointments, travel, and other activities.
  • Correspondence: Prepare reminders and follow-ups daily.
  • Diary Management: Oversee day-to-day admin matters related to the MD's office.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans for the MD.
  • Rental and Lease Agreements: Handle agreements and coordinate with the Legal Manager/Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 7 Years Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
