Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant at LxbfYeaa, you will play a vital role in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives in the financial services and investment sectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing and managing reports, presentations, and communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and communication for senior executives.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including briefing materials and follow-up documentation.
  • Conduct research and analysis relevant to investment and financial services to support decision-making.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Foster effective working relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 8 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in the financial services or investment industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
