Patient Care Coordinator

As a seasoned registered nurse, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Care Coordinator to lead and coordinate patient care in our acute and long-term units. Required Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NHRA license.
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong background in ICU, HDU, Rehab, LTC, or Inpatient Care.
- BLS & ACLS certifications (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred).
