Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service in our retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve store annual sales targets.
  2. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management and coaching.
  3. Conduct regular operations audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  4. Oversee after-sales processes, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
  5. Build strong relationships with customers, resolving complaints and providing exceptional service.
  6. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, products are displayed according to brand policy, and promotions are accurate.
  7. Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to maximize stock potential.
  8. Manage cash handling, inventory, and record keeping in accordance with company procedures.
  9. Maintain loss prevention standards, ensuring compliance with cash handling, fraud, and theft policies.
  10. Direct team members to follow standard operating procedures and store appearance standards.
  11. Cashier duties may be required as needed.

People Management:

  1. Set goals and KPIs for team members, implementing GMG's performance management process effectively.
  2. Develop talent within the team by guiding, mentoring, and coaching to achieve defined goals.
  3. Foster a culture of feedback and coaching, providing ongoing feedback, identifying development needs, and coaching employees on areas of improvement.
