Gulf Air Group seeks a highly skilled Cabin Experience Strategist to lead the development and implementation of innovative cabin products and services. This role will be responsible for driving exceptional passenger experience, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

About the Role

The Cabin Experience Strategist will oversee the definition, development, and implementation of cabin products for new and existing aircraft. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining strategic cabin product roadmaps that align with Gulf Air's branding, passengers' profiles, and competitors' products
• Managing the development of product definition briefs for each class of cabin product
• Seeking management approvals for the implementation of cabin products
• Planning, organizing, and managing resources for the implementation of cabin products
• Ensuring timely delivery, within budgets, and in accordance with Gulf Air's quality standards and specifications

Key Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of airline industry experience, with exposure to technical, commercial, and service divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inflight cabin definition and IFE/communications, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills. A university degree is also required.
