Tax Services Director

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will ensure that the services delivered to clients are of the highest quality.
  • You will manage client engagements, monitor progress, and deliverables.
  • You will develop and implement standardized processes, identify risks, and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
  • You will drive performance-improvement solutions, assist partners in generating new business opportunities, and build client networks.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related fields.
  • MBA, Masters, or another related advanced degree, and/or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent.
  • A strong knowledge of domestic and international tax rules and regulations, ideally gained within a large professional services company.
  • Broad industry expertise and network, along with C-level credibility.
  • A strong track record of managerial, organizational, and project management experience.
