**Director of Housekeeping Opportunity**

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space and creating memorable experiences for them while leading and motivating your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, supervising Room Attendants to achieve high standards of cleanliness and luxury.
  • Deliver daily briefings with the Room Attendant team, highlighting VIPs and setting daily initiatives.
  • Maintain attention to detail to drive cleanliness and presentation results.
  • Foster communication skills and collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth service for guests.
  • Conduct regular room inspections, focusing on providing unique and memorable moments for guests.
  • Coach Room Attendants during daily operations, providing constructive feedback to improve work quality.
  • Collaborate with the outsourced laundry team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prioritize guest needs, tailoring housekeeping services to meet their unique requirements.
  • Recruit top talent for the housekeeping team.
  • Manage payroll costs, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Nurture, support, and develop your team.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and arrange repairs as needed.
  • Oversee the retrieval, safekeeping, and distribution of lost and found items.

  • Experience working in a global environment is essential.

  • Financial management experience, including managing budgets and controlling costs.
